Did you realize Oregon responds to Status Requests thru SERFF?
When asking for status updates on a file, go into that SERFF filing you are trying to request status on. Go into the filing correspondence Tab. Scroll down to Filing Notes. Do a 'Note to Reviewer' on that Pending file requesting info on that filing. State what is the status of this filing? It should show up in the inbox on this side for that reviewer.
Please give us 30 days as you should receive a letter from us asking for another 30 days.
How to request the status of a filing
Email your status inquiry to
dcbs.ratesforms@dcbs.oregon.gov. In your message, include the following information:
- Company name and NAIC number
- The form number(s)
- The date sent
- Oregon assigned filing number (if known)
- The line of insurance
We will make every effort to respond to your email within 24 hours of receipt.
