Scheduled rulemaking hearing notices

All rulemaking hearings are open to the public and are held via conference call.

Where to send comments on proposed rules

Public comments are public records and will be posted on the DFR rulemaking website received during the rulemaking public comment period. Submit written comments to the Rules Coordinator at DFR.Rules@dcbs.oregon.gov.

You must include, at minimum, the following information along with your comment:

  • First name
  • Last name initial
  • Affiliation or type of stakeholder
