DFR Rulemaking Calendars

Below is a calendar listing currently scheduled DFR rulemaking hearings and Rulemaking Advisory Committee (RAC) meetings.

Use the links in the lists to find more detailed information on the particular hearings or meetings.

Public comment opportunities: the comment period begins on the first workday of the month of when the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking is published. Notice is published in the Oregon Bulletin on the Secretary of State website: Oregon Secretary of State Administrative Rules.

The comment period ends on the date listed on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking.

Public comments are public records and will be posted on the DFR rulemaking website received during the rulemaking public comment period. Submit written comments to the rules coordinator at: DFR.Rules@dcbs.oregon.gov.
