The Division of Financial Regulation is committed to fostering an open, transparent, and stable regulatory environment. Often the division will create advisory or rulemaking committees to seek input from stakeholders. Committee charters, schedules, agendas, and materials can be found on each committee’s webpage.
Insurance Advisory Committee (IAC) The Insurance Advisory Committee meets quarterly with representation from insurance companies, insurance agencies and consumer groups to discuss key issues of insurance regulation.
