Committees and workgroups

The Division of Financial Regulation is committed to fostering an open, transparent, and stable regulatory environment. Often the division will create advisory or rulemaking committees to seek input from stakeholders. Committee charters, schedules, agendas, and materials can be found on each committee’s webpage.

Insurance Advisory Committee (IAC)
The Insurance Advisory Committee meets quarterly with representation from insurance companies, insurance agencies and consumer groups to discuss key issues of insurance regulation.

All (RAC) meetings are open to the public. All RAC meetings are held via Microsoft Teams.

Telehealth Listening Sessions

The Division of Financial Regulation, in cooperation with the Oregon Health Authority, held a series of three Telehealth Listening Sessions to discuss the current and future state of telehealth practice in Oregon from the perspective of Healthcare Providers, Insurance Carriers and Consumers.
