Association Health Plan (AHP) RAC

The Division of Financial Regulation is reconvening rulemaking for Association Health Plan (AHP). These rules will help ensure that the issuance of group health insurance to an employer association is consistent with the requirements of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
