Senate Bill 192 (2023) dded new requirements for pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) to report information to the Drug Price Transparency Program starting in 2024. The reporting requirements were updated in the 2024 session; see section 8 of
House Bill 4149.
PBMs
licensed in Oregon are required to report the aggregated amount of manufacturer rebates, fees, price protections, and any other payments, as well as administrative fees, dispensing fees, and moneys received through spread pricing, pay for performance, or other similar means.
PBM reports using the template below are due June 1. The annual template is posted by March 1. If you have questions or need help, email

Starting in 2024, the program receives reports from PBMs in Oregon per
ORS 735.537 and
OAR 836-200-0418. The program will post information from the PBM reports here by Oct. 1. Reports are due annually from PBMs in Oregon.
