Policies and rulemaking

Policies: The board approved policies to guide its work when it was first established in June 2022. Each year, the board reviews the policies and amends them, if needed. 

Rulemaking: The board may adopt rules in accordance with applicable provisions under ORS Chapter 183. During the rulemaking process the public is encouraged to submit comments to provide feedback by signing up for and attending board meetings and hearings. Additional information on the rules advisory committee schedules are posted on the PDAB RAC webpage.
