Filing a grievance for Oregon public meetings law violations
If you believe the Oregon Prescription Drug Affordability Board (PDAB) has violated a provision of the Oregon public meetings law, submit a written grievance in person, by postal mail, or email to the PDAB administrative assistant, Melissa Stiles, the designated person for receiving grievance letters.
In person: deliver the grievance letter to the fourth floor reception desk during business hours, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, except for state holidays. The address is Department of Consumer and Business Services, 350 Winter Street NE, Salem, OR 97309-0405.
Postal mail: mail the grievance letter to Department of Consumer and Business Services, 350 Winter Street NE, Salem, OR 97309-0405. Please include "Attn: PML Grievance" on the envelope.
Email: send the grievance letter to pdab@dcbs.oregon.gov with a subject line of PML Grievance.
