Prosthetics and Orthotics SB 699 RAC

SB 699 directs that all individual and group health insurance policies providing coverage for the expenses of hospital, medical or surgical services or supplies shall provide coverage for prosthetic and orthotic devices. This committee will amend language to ORS 836-052-1001 to comply with SB 699.
