The first public hearing was held on Nov. 19, 2019.

The Department of Consumer and Business Services held its Inaugural Prescription Drug Price Hearing on:

The hearing covered several topics, including an overview of the Drug Price Transparency program, results from data collected, and panels on drug pricing. The public had the opportunity to provide comments on prescription drug prices.

The department wants your questions and stories on prescription drug prices. The form below provides you the opportunity to submit your question and story to the department. Staff members will review all questions and stories submitted. All responses submitted are voluntary and you are not required to fill out answers for all the questions below. Information provided will be analyzed along with data reported by health insurers and prescription drug manufacturers for the annual report to the Oregon State Legislature on prescription drug prices.
