Auto Rating Fairness RAC

This rulemaking is intended to enable the division to verify whether current rating models accurately reflect the risk of communities of color or whether they potentially result in discrimination. The rulemaking will establish data reporting requirements for auto insurance issuers that will give us the ability to identify discriminatory effects on protected classes with regard to auto insurance product availability and affordability.
