Health benefit plans reports
Insurers offering health benefit plans must submit reports to the Department of Consumer and Business Services containing membership and financial information. Data reports will be submitted through the iReg reporting system, beginning with the 2019 report. More information about accessing the iReg portal can be found at the following link:

The reports, first required for 2005, are due by April 1 each year. Insurers are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of their reports.
Starting with the 2011 reports, student health plans are included under the large group category. Because changes to reporting requirements will be made over time, comparisons from year to year should be made with caution.
