Behavioral Health parity

All carriers that offer individual or group health benefit plans in Oregon that provide behavioral health benefits are required to submit a completed NQTL Reporting Form and Data Reporting Form to comply with reporting requirements outlined in OAR 836-053-1420, OAR 836-053-1425, and OAR 836-053-1430.

Reports are due annually by March 1. Completed reports must be submitted through SERFF using the TOI “Annual Required Reports" and the sub-TOI “Behavioral Health Parity".
