Provider network contract registration

Individuals or businesses that contract with providers or provider panels for access to health care services or discounted rates must register annually with the Department of Consumer and Business Services. The annual registration fee is $150.

These entities are exempt from registration:

• Insurers
• Certified managed care organizations under ORS& 656.260
• Discount medical plan organizations pursuant to ORS 742.420
• Contractors participating in the state medical assistance program
