Salem Health and Regence BlueCross BlueShield have stopped negotiations on a new contract. All Salem Health-Regence transactions have been out of network for Regence consumers, absent more agreements, since Jan. 1, 2025. In some cases, continuity-of-care agreements for current consumers may be appropriate; consumers should request that of their insurance provider.
