This report reflects insured workers' compensation premium as written by authorized insurers in Oregon for the year. It does not include large deductible workers' compensation premium credits or self-insurers, and those amounts are not included in market share calculations.
Total Oregon system
This report lists direct premiums written, earned large deductible workers' compensation premium credits, direct premiums earned, dividends, losses, loss ratios, and market share for SAIF Corporation, authorized private insurers, and self-insurers (where available). Market share information is based on total-system written premium figures, which include large deductible premium credits and estimated premiums for self-insurers.
