- Invited presenters to speak about expensive drugs approved to treat diabetes that are now also approved for chronic weight management for non-diabetic adults with obesity.
What determines the cost of a generic and why are many so expensive?
- Invited presenters to speak about why some generics are so expensive and have a very small discount when compared to the brand name drug.
There will be opportunities for public comment. Insurance Commissioner Andrew Stolfi will facilitate the hearing, and Oregon legislators will ask questions and lead discussions about the panel presentations.
