Small Group Rules Advisory Committee

The Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) is convening an advisory committee that will help to develop administrative rules related to the definition of small employer for purposes of group health benefit plans as defined under ORS 743B.020 and OAR 836-053-0015. The current definition as set forth in rule expires at the end of 2017.

Currently, one meeting is scheduled for this group. Additional meetings can be scheduled if they are necessary.

Limited time is available at the meeting to present comments in person.
