Oregon Reinsurance Program Rulemaking Advisory Committee (HB 2391)

The Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) convened an advisory committee to establish the Oregon Reinsurance Program to stabilize rates and premiums for individual health benefit plans and provide greater financial certainty to health insurance consumers.
