Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Oversight Rulemaking Advisory Committee (HB 2185)

The Division of Financial Regulation (DFR) has formed an advisory committee to discuss administrative rules to implement HB 2185 (2019). This bill expands DFR’s oversight of PBMS that includes: new market conduct requirements for PBMs; adding or refining definitions of key terms; language to amend and clarify existing Oregon laws; and providing DFR with expansive rulemaking authority to implement all of its provisions.
