Pharmacy Benefit Manager Rulemaking Advisory Committee - 2017

The Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) is in the process of considering Pharmacy Benefit Manager related rulemaking which may implement the recommendations made following last year’s Workgroup in accordance with SB 5701 (2016 Budget Note) and this year’s HB 2388 (2017 Legislative Session). As part of that process, we will be convening a public rulemaking advisory committee to provide input regarding substantive provisions and fiscal impact.

Currently, one meeting is scheduled for this group. An additional meeting will be scheduled if necessary.

Limited time is available at the meeting to present comments in person. Whether individuals submit comments in person or not, all individuals who wish to submit public comment are strongly encouraged to do so in writing via email to: INS.Rules@oregon.gov.
