About the advisory committee
The Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) is convening an advisory committee that will help to develop administrative rules related to implementation of House Bill 2758.
The committee will make recommendations for rules related to:

- Data carriers and third-party administrators will be required to submit to DCBS for use in preparing a report to the Legislature on the effective of the process established by HB 2758 and on the educational and outreach activities conducted by carriers and third party administrators to inform Oregonians about their right to have protected health information redirected.
The committee meetings are open to the public. The meetings will be held in the Labor and Industries building, 350 Winter St. NE, Salem, OR.
Limited time is available at each meeting to present comments in person. Whether individuals submit comments in person or not, all individuals who wish to submit public comment are strongly encouraged to do so in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
